Join us at the new Optometry School at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences!  The program has 8 hours of COPE and Florida approved CE. The morning lectures offer 4 hours of glaucoma CE; the afternoon includes a range of topics. Speakers will include faculty from the school as well as Dr. Jim Thimons. 

 

Early Bird registration (by November 16) is $160 for the full day and $80 for a half day.  After November 16, full-day registration is $225 and half-day registration is $125.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by November 26 can receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee, or apply the full registration to a future program. Cancellations received on or after November 27 can receive a credit of the full registration fee toward a future conference. Please cancel in writing by fax (978-470-4520) or e-mail (info@nationalglaucomasociety.org).
