Using Chat During a Webinar

The Chat feature on our Cisco WebEx website is a way to ask questions of the web host or the speaker during one of our live webinars. We also use Chat to verify that you are at your computer during the webinar, which is necessary in order to receive CE credits for these lectures. The layout of the WebEx website has changed and the Chat window does not automatically load at the start of the webinar. The process for opening the Chat window depends on the type of electronic device you are using.
